Each coving piece gets this much extra foam on all sides so it stays contained after cutting.

Auto-split oversized pieces into panels

If a piece is larger than the block in any dimension, divide it into the biggest possible panels that fit. Each panel gets a row/col label for the installation key map.

Stack smaller pieces at the top of the cross-section

Reverses default packing order so small pieces anchor the top of the cross-section (top of CNC bed) and larger pieces sit below.

Consolidate after pack (post-pass)

After the normal pack, try to relocate primary pieces from later blocks into earlier blocks' free cross-section voids (full block length). May reduce block count at the cost of moving pieces between blocks.
